I am pleased to announce the newest & exciting incentive program being offered to you, members of AVON Unit EXCEL! This incentive program will run from June 1st through August 31st. You will have 3 months to qualify & earn cash & prizes, while building your business to new heights!
Here are the basic qualifications & rules of the promotion:
This incentive is being offered to all AVON reps within the 3 generations of AVON Unit EXCEL. You are receiving this email because you are either in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd generation of AVON Unit EXCEL.
Your AVON account must be current at all times. This means that anytime during the incentive period your account is not paid in full, on time, you will be ineligible for prizes or incentives you otherwise would have been eligible to earn or win.
Your AVON account must be active for the 30 days following the end of the incentive period & current; paid in full & on time.
*If you are on a pay/sell plan & your account is current you are eligible for this
promotion.
For Recruiting Entries or Prizes, the new recruits must be self-cultivated, meaning leads I provide to you do not count for the purposes of this promotion.
All prizes, incentives, or other earned or won during this promotion will be gifted no later then 45 days following the end of the promotional period.
If any prize is no longer available due to vendor shortage an equal substitute in cash or like prize will be awarded.
All prizes, incentives will be gifted except where as a representative otherwise eligible for a prize/incentive becomes ineligible due to the aforementioned reasons of disqualification.
A email will be sent to all team members monthly, notifying them that the winners have been drawn from the monthly drawing & all team members should check the website to see if they are a WINNER!!! All winners will have 14 days to reply to me directly with their choice gift card. If no reply is received, the prize will be forfeited & the next pre-drawn alternate will be eligible to claim such prize. Again an email will be sent to the entire team & the alternate will also have 14 days to respond. Obviously to be part of the team, you have to engage & be able to read & reply to all communications received if applicable.
Okay now on to the good stuff! Let's first talk about what you can EARN & WIN & how you can EARN it or WIN it!
Drawings:
There will be 3 monthly drawings, one for June, one for July, one for August. You will be able to EARN entries into the drawings each month for the following prizes:

Any representative MAY win up to 2 times in any given month!
Here is how you can EARN entries into the monthly drawings
One Entry: Sales of $300+ in any given campaign for the month
Two Entries: Sales of $600+ in any given campaign for the month
Three Entries: Sales of $900+ in any given campaign for the month

There are over 30 different prizes that you will be able to choose from if you EARN the top rankings as follows at the conclusion of the 3 month incentive period.
The Top Recruiter Among Established Leaders: An established leader is one who has signed their first recruit prior to January 1st, 2007. If a previous leader was removed from leadership and starts building their unit during the incentive period, they will qualify again as a new leader. The representative that adds the most new recruits to his/her team during the 3 month incentive period. Minimum of 6 signed recruits during the 3 month period is the qualifier.
The Top Recruiter Among New Leaders: To be considered a new leader, your first recruit must have been signed AFTER January 1st, 2007, however you are also a new leader if you choose to start leadership at anytime during this incentive period, so no better time then now to build your own AVON team! Minimum of 5 signed recruits during the 3 month period is the qualifier.
The Top Established Sales Leader: A established representative will have a LOA of 16 campaigns or more. The representative who has the highest cumulative sales at the end of the 3 month incentive period will be declared the sales leader. Minimum of $2100 in sales during the 3 month period is the qualifier.
The Top New Sales Leader: A representative will have a LOA of less then 16 campaigns to be considered a new sales leader. The representative who has the highest cumulative sales at the end of the 3 month incentive period will be declared the new sales leader. No Qualifier.

Finally, there is an opportunity exclusively for the members of the 1st generation of AVON Unit EXCEL to be able to participate in a very special event this fall at the Michigan State Fair. I will be hosting an exhibit for the eleven days of the Michigan State Fair, solely for the purpose of recruiting new representatives into our downline. The TOP recruiter in the 1st generation of AVON Unit EXCEL, by the date of August 16th, will be given the opportunity to run the exhibit booth for one day & retain all the new recruits signed that day, by them into their 1st generation! To be named the TOP recruiter for this incentive, you must have a total of 6 signed recruits by August 16th, otherwise this incentive will not be awarded.
This fair can produce up to 30 new recruits in one day, so this is a HUGE incentive for you to be the TOP recruiter & really explode your downline. If…the TOP recruiter (new or established) in the first generation of Unit EXCEL lives in one of the 13+ states other then Michigan that my wonderful team resides in, that TOP recruiter will be entitled to a $100 CASH prize, in lieu of the prize of being able to recruit at the state fair, unless of course they prefer to travel to do that. Once the TOP recruiter has been notified, & a day has been designated as their day, no other changes will be made & no cash substitute will be given if they forfeit their right to participate on that day.
As well, there will be the opportunity for the leaders in the 1st generation to Buy Out a day at the fair, again to run the exhibit that day & to retain all leads into your 1st generation downline OR to partner with your 2nd or 3rd generation if you choose to do so. There will be 3 or 4 days available, or ˝ days if that works better for some people to participate. There will be a fee to participate of $100 per full day or $50 per half day. Fair exhibition hours run from 10am-10pm. All kits/materials will be provided on site. The only thing you will need to bring are your own cover sheets for your new recruits & any incentives you wish or choose to give out for people who sign up that day. For those of us that know the cost of advertising, $100 for 30 recruits is AMAZING, even for 10 that is FABULOUS. I cannot see any less then 10 signed recruits in any one day at the fair. When I run an ad that costs $190, it usually generates 6-12 signed recruits, so again this opportunity is incredible. Seeing as there are only going to be 3-4 days open or ˝ days if that works better, please LMK ASAP if you want to reserve one of those days. They will be on a first come first serve basis. Once you have told me you want a day, I will reserve it for you for 3 weeks, awaiting your payment. If it is not paid for by that time, the space will be offered up again. There also may be an opportunity to partner with me on a couple of days, where we will equally share all signed recruits, & if you wish to participate in this way the cost will be $50 or equal to one half day. Again, any/all interested parties, please LMK ASAP.
